Matt’s state of the New York Giants address
The Giants actually kept looking to get the ball to Gallman out of the backfield (i.e., as a receiver), so I think there’s a lot more there than was evident. By the way they were using him, I could tell that he’d “flashed” as a receiver in practice. If Barkley is the pick, don’t be surprised if Gallman gets some of the third-and-longs, if for no other reason than to give him a blow.
Really good point and I liked Gallman more than most seem to….would love to see a true receiving RB in action there
